Please  be at school before 0745 and in outdoor clothes with lab books.
Packed lunches are preferable though cash is otherwise fine as there is a snack bar on site.

This should be very enjoyable for all so good luck and see you bright and early! (Ms Critchley and/or Mr Bradstreet will be in reception to meet you).

All the best, Ms Wilberforce

Letter:

Dear Parents/carers,

Our A Level Biology students in Year 12 and Y13 will be visiting Epping Forest on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th March. This forms an essential part of their A Level Biology course.

The day takes place at Epping Forest Visitor Centre between 0900 and 1600 and includes time for lunch. Students will be able to buy lunch at the cafe in the centre but it would we wise of them to bring snacks and lunch (which is cash only).

Students will need to arrive at school at 0730 on Monday and Tuesday wearing:

  • comfortable, flat walking shoes with tread or wellies
  • waterproof coats and preferably waterproof trousers
  • warm layers
  • warm hat
  • gloves

And carrying a backpack or large bag:

  • packed lunch
  • pen
  • lab book
  • calculator

The lead teacher on this trip is James Bradstreet who will be contactable via school should you need to speak to him.

Kind regards.
